The Apartment 04 exhibition
Retroperspective was the first retrospective exhibition for Norwegian photographer Knut Bry, at Vulkan, Oslo, Norway. It showed 65 images, covering most of his active, lifelong career. Knut Bry is often described as a master of light, and he is world renowned for his colourful and playful fashion and travel photographs. He captures beauty in everyday surroundings, and immediately finds the potential in quirky and offbeat details. His photographs have been featured in glossy magazines from Condé Nast Traveler to Elle, and more recently he has participated in numerous museum and gallery exhibitions from New York to Oslo. Work in Progress did the identity for the show, art direction, catalogue and exhibition design, alongside friends and companions Massimo Leardini and Marcel Leliënhof.
